is there any FPGA Development kit
work as programmer kit in the same time
I need it to programme a new FPGA chip
what about xsa-100 and xsb-300E
:D :D
 

You can have the device on the kit act as master in the JTAG chain and using it can program an external device such as 300e as slave.
