Details of LED current and exact flash rates?

any more details on theis LED lamp.....SD24 by strobe.com?

I wish to know the LED current value on steady burn (whether its the same as when flashing), and the flash frequency.....it says "deci-flash" but just how fast is the flash rate of these "deci-flashes"?

I believe the video is designed to show off the maximum luminosity of their led array. There's an incentive to overdrive the led's.

They might endure high current at a low duty cycle. It needs to average out to a lower continuous amount, because it is unlikely the led's would be able to survive that amount of current continuously.
