desktop.ini(adding background pic)

desktop.ini background

hello friends,
in windows 2000, there's a wizard for adding "backgroud picture" for a folder.
but i found that there's no such wizard in windows xp prof, so someone told that the alternate is to add picture through coding by creating desktop.ini file in that particular folder.... any one pls tel me the "coding" for desktop.ini file for modifying "background picture"...... help!:?:

i have seen that done using the style builders for building the visual styles for windows xp.
Or there are other softwares from windowblinds and all.. i think..
