Hello guys,
I have designed a probe fed antenna using HFSS, and I am now on the stage of fabricating the antenna. However, I figured the radius of my probe pin is 0.03 mm (with coax radius of 0.1mm) , which in my opinion, is too small for manufacturing. This is my first time manufacturing probe fed antenna, and I wanted to know what the typical measure for probe is in real life?

Thanks in advance!

.03 mm = .0012 " = half the thickness of a human hair. Depending on what operations are required on it, I would have thought at least ten times this = .012" or about the thickness of a postcard or a bit less then a cigarette box. same for your coax.
