Hello... I have my project of designing of microstrip patch antenna using HFSS please help me i m new in hfss
 

You are bound to find an example in the very large thread (emadi) featured near the top of this forum.
You may well find more examples in the HFSS supplied set while working some of the "Getting Started" help.

You can google the above tutorial name and get a pdf copy.
