Hi everyone.. I'm having a hard time designing the rf power amplifier, from an input power of 3W to 50-100W output power, operating at 27.12MHz.
Any help from you guys would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

what is it specifically that is giving you hard-time? a single frequency PA wouldn't be a big issue. try to be specific here friend...
Aren't you the same guy who want to design RF heating circuit??
Did you find any circuit or what??

1.decide want you want the amplifier for, i.e. linear - class A or B, or just a CW source - class C
2. search transistor manufacturers application notes.
Or consult the AARL or RSGB handbooks, these are the American and UK radio amateurs hand books, they are stuffed with circuits with constructional articles on all sorts of RF power amplifiers.
