Designing a low-noise low-current supply

Hi!
I need to design a +-15V 150mA power supply (powered by 220V AC), just to power a few OPAs. It doesn't have to be accurate but it does need to be as low noise as possible.

So I need design ideas; what topology should one take.

Take a look at the attached picture ..
As far as noises are concerned transformer-based power supply is one of the best ..
Of course, for +/-15V use 7815 and 7915 voltage regulators, and for <150mA they can work without heatsinks ..
