Designing A BJT Voltage Controlled Oscillator
Objectives:
· A simple voltage controlled oscillator is designed using the Clapp-Gouriet
configuration.
· The oscillator is tuned by a varicap connected to a d.c. tuning voltage.
· This is a low power oscillator, operating at 400-450MHz at a supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.3V.
