Design filter?

I have been asked to design a band pass filter Front end transmitter
for RFID application at 868 MHz using 0.5 micron CMOS technology.

The thing is at that frequency i might have large value Q factor. I
think it is approximetaly at 10000.

Im quite confused as my supervisor gave this topic and i realized that
at that frequency it is difficult to design a bulit in chip with
capacitor and inductor. I do hope that u can help me and at least give me
guidance.

My biodata:
Im now at a training center learning semiconductor chip design. Im
still early in this design chip but im moving fast..Hope with your
experience , it will help me better in chip design,..
