would u please suggest me the circuit diagram for the block diagram shown in the file attached below...also suggest me the rf modules to be used for a range of about 100m and their cost...

would you please suggest me a voice recognition software for doing the above project....and also if possible code for interfacing
 
thank u...can u give me any link to get that script.....
 

does any readymade software exists for voice recognition to convert speech to text and send it to microcontroller....please help me doing this..
