The HC12 is a transceiver, nominal 433mHz range with 100 selectable RF channel frequencies.

i think this transceiver is used with arduino
i have to use it without arduino

can i use with encoder/decoder ? with throttle?

but i want receiver also
You could use one HC-12 as transmitter and one as receiver.

For your remote control application, you'll also need microcontrollers to interface the HC-12.

Another question is if 100 mW 433 MHz can be operated license-free in your country?

i cant found :'( i am living in india
