design of a clapp oscillator and a 2 stage amplifier

i need ur assistance on how to design a CLAPP oscillator using FET and secondly, a
2 stage amplifier with the following characteristics, Zi=100k,Zo=330, pls i need this as soon as anybody can post.

Please find a description of the Clapp oscillator as an attachement.
Hint: For dimensioning of the oscillator (which in its normal form is a negative resistance type) it sometimes is helpful to redraw the circuit - based on the virtual ground technique - as an amplifier with feedback.
