=> What is the difference between fastscan and flextest . ?
=> can we use both for the netlist ?
=> which one is better ?

Fast Scan and flex are two applications of ATPG.

Fast Scan is a metor Graphics Full and Scan Sequential ATPG solution

Whereas

Flextest is mentorgraphics non-scan to full scan ATPG solution.
 

in general, it is very hard to say which is better
boz it depends on your use case and application specific.
generally, the fastscan is used more than the flextest due to low cost and full-scan method widely adopted.
