computer based ecg

I am now doing this research. I have tested how to interface the computer with the external circuit using Matlab programming. I have done the ADC conversion using PIC 16F877A . Now I want to test the software filters implemented In Matlab using the ECG siganl from WFDB( waveform database) downloaded from the MIT site. But I can't access the wave form because I don't know how to install the WFDB software and how to link it with Matlab. I am testing the Pre-amplifier (instrumentation amplifier) for amplifying the signal from the electrodes. so If you can help me, I'll be happy.

Re: computer based ecg

can u please give me your code of ADC in Pic i have problem of doing it.

Re: computer based ecg

Hi,
You can try to use SignalViever from www.hrwproject.com/downloads.html, which can let you convert MIT data files into .txt files. As well you can see ecg waves on the screen.
Hope this helps a little
