I need design a bandgap reference of 2.485V or so ,my boss said he need torlerance is ±2mv ,i can't reach it beacause The TC≈4ppm at 2.485v bandgap reference ,at the same time ,temperature -40~125,vcc 4~6.5 ,PSR about 100ppm..
although the bandgap cann't be desgin ,but i want to try my best to design the bandgap . The voltage reference is based on pure mos techonlogy ,only pnp and mos are achieved.
please veteran give my some advice , books or structures about high voltage bandgap voltage reference .thanks a lot.

design a bandgap and use a regulator stracutre

You can consider the low voltage bandgap:
"a CMOS bandgap reference circuit with sub-1v operation"

i have implemented it .-40~125°C 2.485±0.7mv vcc:4~6.5 ±0.5mv ,3ks a lot .
