how to design a notch filter for removing 50Hz freq. from signal along with the filter's working..

See page 25 and consider the UAF42. This is a really great part for a notch filter with small parts count.
 

Maybe the 50Hz you want to remove is interference from the electricity mains. What about its harmonics at 100Hz, 150Hz, 250Hz and higher frequencies?
