GPIB/Ethernet protocol ?

Hello,

anyone have some description of the protocol used by National Instr. GPIB/ENET or GPIB/ENET100 controllers ?
I would like to build my own GPIB/Ethernet convertor and I would like to be able to use NI Windows driver.

Thx for any informations
