How to Derive three different 12v dc supplies from same 230v ac mains so that i can use it for isolating the ground using optocouplers?
 

Use a transformer. Optocouplers cannot transfer power
 

I wanted a circuit which does that.. i wanted these power suppliies for the optocouplers.
 

If the three 12V outputs can share a common ground, just link them together and use a simple transformer-rectifier-regulator circuit. If they must be isolated from each other as well, either use a transformer with three secondaries or three individual single secondary transformers. You can design an SMPS with three outputs but the cost would be significantly higher.
