Looks like you will be sorry once again ;-) Your archive has no schematic, no BOM, no values of components. I don't think that anyone will try to guess what should be the value of R1, for example. And definitely no one will start to make board following your design without schematic and clear description what the features are provided by your board. Does it has programmer for 16F877, can it be connected to PC, what is the power supply requirements, etc.?
