hi every one,

I want to know whether the concept of oversampling used in delta sigma fractional n frequency synthesizer to reduce the inband quantization noise.since we will be feeding a dc input to delta sigma modulator.can any one explain be this concept

well i couldnot get what u want but i hope this file helps.

Hi, In my opinion the best description of the basic theory of sigma-delta pll's is found in the book "Delta-Sigma Data Converters".
By reading this book it is easier to grap the concept of the sigma-delta method and see how it relates to a fractional pll realization.
It is by the way found here https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/...r=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_ur_2_1/102-3567808-7116158
or here
