can anyone post the circuit of a delay system which can reproduce the input signal after a delay of 100ms

Unless it is a simple (trivial) signal that is easy to detect and reproduce such as a pulse, then you need a recording circuit, or sample and FIFO, or
some analog delay line, but 100ms is a long time..

so i get it what can be the maximum delay time in case of a fifo

Depends on FIFO size and sample rate. You could check Cypress Semiconductor, they have quite a range of sizes.

If your signal really is just a pulse, then the quickest method is to use some simple circuit to generate a delayed pulse, e.g. see near the bottom of this page.
