Degenerate modes in HFSS eigenmode calculaton

When using Hfss to calculate frequencies ,I find two frequency are very near:
1.8640G
1.8643G
Are the two modes degenerate modes?
 

What is your structure?
Is it symmetrical?
Check also the field distributions
