how can i define clearance from polygon plane to other tracks that i have in my design ?

what software are you using? if you use altium designer, after routing finished, place polygon(s) then you can change prefered clearance to whatever you want and rebuild your polygon(s).

i use altium and after placing polygon where should i go to define the clearance?
