In fact,i hope to get a two-port network's Noise Figure(NF).
One way is by simulating and i did it.
At the same time,i caculate NF and get a function varies by frequency.
Then,how to define the function in Cadence,plot it and the simulation results in one window.
So you want to plot a function such as NF=N(f), right?
I don't find a way to directly plot a function. But if the function can be realized by a filter, a schematic can be constructed to simulate the function.
Using pwl source and transient and also plot the curve shape of the function, but the horizontal axis will be of voltage or time.
Another possible way is to write a veriloga model to simulate the function, but I'm not very sure whether it is realizable because I never did that.
