I bought an online RF Jammer HPA for drone:

47dBm 5.8GHz RF 5725-5875MHz High Power| Alibaba.com

However the PA IC is damaged, the Drain is shorted. I want to replace the IC but don't know what is it part number?
Please help...

I guess it could be
Power Field-Effect Transistor N–Channel Enhancement–Mode, or GaN HMET or MOSFET transistor but not sure correct its part number that could be fit to 5750-5875MHz WiFi Band

It might be anything available.
It might be older Freescale RF Power Transistor or CREE's ( Wolfspeed, MACOM) Power GaN or Fujitsu or ...
Anything possible.

An original transistor like this would cost more than $600.
Perhaps is cheaper to buy another module, which I see is about $500.

Could you suggest another module with the same specifications ?
Or another IC with the same specs and size so I could reuse the module with the IC replacement. Thanks!
