Does anyone have any IBIS files for mt41k256m16 DDR3 memory?

I'm looking for IBIS models to simulate this specific DDR3 component. If anyone has them or knows where I can find them, please let me know. I got this link here from somewhere but it is something like game.

I couldn't find the exact model, but I assumed all DDR3 would have similar behavior and if I can run it for one manufacturer or brand, most-likely it will work for other manufacturers.

Do you use hyperlynx for your simulation?
