DDR2/DDR3 query
Hi,
DDR2 and DDR3 use double data rate, as in, they send data in both posedge and negedge of dqs. Now, when DDR2-800 is mentioned, the frequency or cycle time is specified as 400Mhz. I think this means only DQS frequency and the internal frequency of the clock is only 100 Mhz. Am i correct about this?
