I want to make a DC power supply of 3v 1A
how it is possible?

What is the input voltage and also do tell the type any way the solution is as Tahmid says only but initial half of the ckt will depend on the Source supply you are giving

You can use voltage regulator for 3,3V and one shottky diode (2-3A) which will lower 0,2-0,3V and you will get around 3V on output.

Input voltage can be 5V if you use LDO regulator.
