i wanna design dc operational amplifier, which includes:
 Internally frequency compensated for unity gain
 Large dc voltage gain 100dB
 Wide bandwidth (unity gain) 1MHz
 Wide power supply range 0→5v
 Very low supply current drain(500ua)-essentially in dependent of supply voltage
 Low input offset voltage 2mv
 Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
 Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
 Large output voltage swing 0v to Vdd-1.5v
anyone who offer some circuit structure or opam document to me,thanks!
best regard!

Hi,

Try this document for the Opamp Design. Hope this will guide you.

i offer you that use automatic circuit design methods.
because it is very hard problem and can take time.

what automatic methods You could recommend?

regards

luke

you can use any evolutionary algorithms to design analog and digital circuit.
GA is one of evolutionary algorithms. but i offer you to use DE (diffrential evolutionary) it has very fast conversion.
in this method just you give your schematic to CAD and your problem and it design your circuit.(it computes R, C , L, W/L and others)
for more information search in google "design+analog circuit+GA"
