Without input and output current specifications, all suggestions have to be vague, however. What do you consider little current?

My idea is use MAX1709 because efficiency is good but it only work after have 0.7V or more, and because that I like step-up my 0.3V/0.4V to +-1V Someone have an suggestion? kind regards
