setp up

Hi

I like try make a little project where I have an sensor where I have only 0.3Volts and very little current, but I like up this power to +-1Volt

some one have some ideia how I can make some like that?

kind regards

0.4v boot up|step up

Do you want to make a voltage signal from this little sensor current?

0.3v dc-dc

wont be able to do anything with 0.3v
you need at least 0.6v to activate any semiconductor device that will start your step up...

setp up 2

ok

so if I have 0.6V but with little current. how I can step-up it to 1V?

DC/DC setp-up

A self oscillating converter based on a depletion FET would be also possible at 0.3 V, or use a germanium BJT. Without input and output current specifications, all suggestions have to be vague, however. What do you consider little current?

Re: DC/DC setp-up

Hi

FvM:
little current I don´t know but monday I tell you.
you can make and diagram with you tell me? used depletion FET ou germanium BJT?

Re: DC/DC setp-up

hi

sorry for my timeout.

this project consist in with an optical diode receptor where I have 0.3V/0.4V with +-70mW step-up it to 3.3V with +-10mA.

My idea is use MAX1709 because efficiency is good but it only work after have 0.7V or more, and because that I like step-up my 0.3V/0.4V to +-1V

Someone have an suggestion?

kind regards

Re: DC/DC setp-up

What about using op-amps to amplify the signal ?

Instrumentation op-amps also can do the trick

Re: DC/DC setp-up

I don´t have more than 0.3V/70mW in circuit... for I use opamps I need external Vcc and I don´t anythink.

DC/DC setp-up

simply confusing!
what is stepping up to +"-" 1V ??
what is that you want to do alltogether??

Re: DC/DC setp-up

(+-) =>> more a less

I don´t tell positive or negative... all voltage need posistive values.

this is my results of photodiode
