i want datasheet of spartan 2s50 FPGA device.please give me this datasheet or similar to this..here what is mean by 2s50?
 

I believe the part you are looking for is the Xilinx XC2S50. This part is in the Spartan-II family. The 50 in the part number indicates that it has 50,000 gates.
