Datasheet Required of QFP128 land pattern(footprint)

I am looking for footprint(Land Pattern) dimension datasheet of HD64F2638 , its a Hitachi part no. with FP-128B(128 pin QFP) package.
I have the component datasheet and I made the footprint as per the dimensions given in component datasheet(page:1399) but I guess those are component dimensions and thus when I actually mount the IC on footprint ,its not aligning so can any one please provide footprint dimensions or datasheet .
For reference find attached component datasheet.

You can enter the physical dimensions in a Landpattern tool like Library Expert (PCB Libraries)

You can download (free) the lite version of Library Expert at https://www.pcblibraries.com/Downloads/FPX!Library_Expert_2016-09_Lite.asp. You have to register though.


This is a very helpfull tool and you might consider buying it when you have to do a lot of component work!

I tried using PCB library expert but since its a lite version it is not offering footprints of parts with more then 100 pins, mine is 128 pins part.
Any alternate method?
 

Yes learn to do it manually, it is one of the basic skills you need if you are doing PCB design. In fact it is a major requirement, the basics of PCB designs creating footprints that can be soldered correctly... Learn to do this it is a critical skill, learn how devices are soldered to a board, learn about solder paste application, reflow soldering, selective soldering, what is critical in a solder joint... These are the basics and MUST be learnt, so practice practice practice...
 

Most manufacturers have footprint suggestions, may be Hitachi has it in a different document. Said FP-128 package isn't based on a JEDEC or EIAJ standard, all dimensions are Mitsubishi private. It' nevertheless possible to copy the footprint parameters from another manufacturer's component with similar pin spacing, width and length. Once you have some similar footprints in your library you'll do it easily by copy and past action.
 

A QFP128 is simple to make once you know how to use your CAD package.

Choose the pad size, set your grid to the pad pitch and add them down in a row, copy that row and paste them down the distance opposite the first row.
Do the same but rotating for the others.
Add a central pad if needed.
draw outlines.

It's square, now if you were talking about an oddball connector I could understand how people struggle :)

Learn to use your chosen package and you will find how simple it really is, the difficult bit is figuring out the pad dimensions for best solder joints.
Us the footprint expert Lite and it's all done for you, re the limits - I cam reading that they have recently been introduced and they are looking at removing them.
 

Still understanding how to create youe own footprints and the hows and whys of the dimensions used is a critical basic skill for any PCB designer... You start of by learning and understanding the basics of a solder joint....
