Datasheet is not clear about the footprint for connector

Hello,
We wish to use the 6 way surface mount connector S6B-XH-SM4-TB(LF)(SN)

Is the footprint the one on the bottom of page 1 of the datasheet?
Its not clear because the connector is described at the bottom of page 4.

Data sheet is pretty clear to me. Page 1 shoes footprints, page 4 does not.
