Does anyone know where I might find a datasheet for this?

I can find the datasheet for 2SD1275A easily enough, but not B.

because there is no such transistor with those specs
2SD1275 is rated 60V and 2SD1275A is rated 80V

Does that mean there is a misprint on the transistor I have here?

It definitely reads D1275B - I can post a photo if you like.

2SD1275B is apparently an NPN with a higher hFE.

2SD1275A = 74
2SD1275B = 90

According to my multimeter.

The measurements with a multimeter hfe tester are meaningless. SD1275 current gain is > 1000 (as with any darlington). But the transistor has integrated resistors that give a low hfe reading with the low currents used by the hfe testers.

I figured something like that given what the datasheet said the hFE was.

I was just using the measurement to figure out what sort of transistor it was because usually, if you stick the wrong type of transistor in the wrong holes, you get a measurement of hFE = 0.
