DAC , DC and AC impedance ?

Does anyone know how to simulate the DC and AC impedance usihng Hspice or Spectre , Any document for me reference ?

Ok, Then you get the impedance by apply a ac current source at the node you want. Measure its ac voltage, then you get the impedance.
