[SOLVED] D flip flop - outputs are short circuited .Something wrong here ?

I attached test paper that given to me at a exam.
I think something wrong in red underlined d flipflop.
Both Q and Q-ba are short circuited and connected to the input.
And Q=1 and Q-ba = 0.
Is it possible this question is correct.
(please ignore erased parts. they are my handwritten notes by me )

So it means this question is wrong ? Because Q ba connected to Q.
 

There is 1 printed right side of Qx and 2 printed right side of Qy. These 1 and 2 means TP1 and TP2 (Test Points).
A small bar is used to connect Qx to TP1. Due to this small bar it seems that Qx is connected to Qx bar connecting wire.
Yes, the question is confusing.
