Hello,

how is iht possible to make a hole in a Multilayer designe in CST MWS. For that i inserted a Cylinder in die Multilayer, but than when i Check the Intersection and want to cut it away, it is onyl possible to do that one time. So for all Layers in Multilayer i have to build an Cylinder. Thats very stupid, because it even not possible to copy the Cylinder, because the Parameters in the Definition are done to fix numbers. So if i would change Paramneters of the location of the cylinder (hole in Multilayer) it would not work..

Where is the Solution to make "Cut away that Brick/Cylinder from some other Bricks" ?

Not the best solution but better then to create the same cylinder several times:
- Create the cylinder and select "None" in the intersection dialog
- Copy the cylinder several times
- Make a boolean subtract from each layer minus the cylinder

Yes but how i wrote thats not possible when i use parameters for the Cylinder like Drills oder the position. If you copy somthing all actual parameters are put to fix numbers. So when i want to change the drill of the hole later, alle boolean substract with the copy cyliner are not done correctly!

How do you copy objects?
If you use Objects->Transform->Copy the copied object should have the parameters like the original cylinder.
