need some necessary information, e.g.input current and output current, input winding is 1 turns normally, so that can calculate turns of secondary winding, accurate degree, e.g. 0.5 or 0.2, and dimension, so that select core.

How Can I find out of VA of Current ,In general transformer VA is out put Volt X current
A CT specified is 500/5A VA-10 CL-0.5
what is the meaning of that , please clarify.

The specification means 500 A primary, 5 a secondary current, an industry-standard CT.

The VA specification of a measurement transformer has basically the same meaning as for a standard transformers. 10 VA means, the transformer keeps it's accuracy with up to 2 V secondary burden voltage, in other words can be operated with a maximum shunt resistance of 0.4 ohm.
