Hello,

Do you know how much current the MC34025 PWM Controller can supply to external circuitry connected to its VREF (5V) pin?

MC34025 Datasheet...
https://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/MC34025-D.PDF

Page 2 of the datasheet states that MC34025 has a short circuit current from VREF pin of 30mA...... but i am unsure how that relates to the amount of current that can be drawn safely from the VREF pin?

Reading the datasheet strictly, 10 mA has specified load regulation. 30 mA should be safe as well, but maximum voltage drop is unspecified.
