How would I calculate the total average power current starved oscillator? Would it be just Ib*Vdd*N (N are the number of osc stages) or something else?

I can do dynamic and static power.

For dynamic P = C*V^2*f*N, where I am not sure about V, since it doesn't go rail to rail at the cap.

For static P = vdd*Ileak*N. Add them together and take the average?
