this is my schematic.
and this is orthography of M1(Id's current)
why the current of Id is so large? how can I solve this problem?
 

I see 0V from right to left across the X axis. Do you mean why is it so small?

By the way, the Y scale is 200A per grid.
Your supply is 300V and your load is 1k. It appears that maximum current will be .3A. That will barely show up on a scale that is 200 A per grid.
 

no, I mean why the current is so large at first. Actually it's not 0 from right to left across the X axis, it is .3A
