Current mode controller with great features does not exist?

Hello,
We all know the UCC38C42 PWM controller...its probably the most common in the world.

-But is there not a version of it which has a lower current sense reference voltage? (the 1V reference for current sense means one ends up with much dissipation in the sense resistor that one uses)
