In a fully current mode project, I need to make diffrent powers of the input Current, for example Ie0.75 (Current I power 0.75).
Any suggestion? Any paper about this subject?
Re: Current mode CMOS, How to make Iea (Current I power a)??
I think translinear circuits could be of help to you. They allow you to have for instance I2=I1^2. With this in mind you could make a tracking system that compares I2 with your input current Iin and reacts on I1 as to make I2=Iin. Then I1 would be I1=sqrt(Iin).
Make a search in this forum on "translinear circuits". There is a book called "Analysis and Design of MOS Translinear Circuits" somewhere here.
