Hi everyone,

I just want to share my finding. I was having problems with my CST 2009 to work with Intel i7. It keep giving me "solver HF TD AMD64" error. Just now I found out that CST will run, IF you un-check the parallelization in the Transient solver->special->solver.

When I run the simulation, it still use 4 core (check with task manager performance).

Hope this help someone like me.

regards,

Hi,

Yes, it works. But when simulating transmission S21 two antennas reports error (CST 2009): Render Engine Error: Matrix calculation crashed while executing multiple threads. Caught unhandled exception (check for race conditions). Error in calculating solver matrix. What happened?
Here is my notebook LENOVO Z570 conf:
CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430 CPU @ 2.40GHz
Memory information: 4GB RAM
NVIDIA® Geforce® GT540M 2GB graphics
OS information: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit version

>cstutp:please try to simulate two antennas.
Regards.
