I want to buy InP HEMT for cryogenic LNA design. It's not available in Digikey or Mouser. where can I find InP HEMT transistor manufacturers?

Not many non-captive InP lines out there but believe I've seen a pure play one pop up recently. Whether they sell piece parts (IHP maybe?) I do not know.
