Hello friends,

I want to compensate the crosstalk generated in Ethernet connector, with printed transmission lines on a PCB. Also I dont have ground plane for the PCB.
Can anybody suggest me how to proceed? Please send if there are any formulae or method available for this?

You cannot do so much to the crosstalk in the connector itself, as there is a fixed distance between the connector pins. But, by using clever routing of the copper tracks on the PCB, the crosstalk can at least be minimized. This can be done by separating the tracks as much as possible, routing them perpendicular from each other, etc.
