What is the difference between:

Same thing really, crosstalk is always bad.

Coupling may be something you are trying to achieve, or it too may be bad.

Crosstalk - one signal interfering with another

coupling - added capacitive load to a signal

Though crosstalk requires one signal to be coupled to another

coupling---connecting one module output to another module input.
(module --may be single device or a whole circuit)
(similar to the ' mechanical coupling)

crosstalk --- refers the input to a module , due to the coupling effect, but it is unwanted.

coupling --wanted --try to maximise.
crosstalk --unwanted - try to minimise.
