Hello!!
I wanted to add LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) as a new library to the existing open source QUCS (without using .s2p files so that i can model non-linear mode operation also). Can anyone please help me in doing it?? I saw few .lib files for the existing libraries like Diodes. But not able to understand how they wrote it? Can anyone help me? If not in QUCS, please suggest any open source softwares where i can create a model for Non-linear mode also for RF components.
