is there a way to create a current pulse generator. is it possible on-chip?
For example, I would like to try to create a very short pulse (~ 1-10ns) with a small amplitude (1-1000 nA) injected every 1ms. Any suggestions would be great.
For a serious discussion, the acceptable output impedance (capacitance & conductance) and required voltage compliance
should be specified. Also if a DC bias current can be allowed to for the source.
